About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support the Head of Growth at our marketing technology software company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date information in our HubSpot CRM, creating sales reports, assisting in client communication, researching new events/conferences, and booking travel.

Responsibilities
• Ensure all information in HubSpot CRM is accurate and up-to-date based on the progress of specific clients through the sales pipeline.
