duties and requirements :
• Responsible for leading and coordinating all activities of the Quality assurance/control
• Food regulations in meat processing plant,
• Provide technical guidance and support to production departments for continuous improvement of product processes and services for further processing of meat.
• Production includes fresh, frozen and value added products.
• Related qualification or equivalent related experience;
• 5 years experience in quality within a food manufacturing environment;
• FSSC auditing experience, be computer literate and strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid drivers license and own transport
• Gr 12 Completed
