Summary: As the trusted right-hand of our female CEO, this pivotal role ensures the seamless operation of daily activities within our SME, encompassing administration, stock management, sales, marketing, and overall business support.

Reports to: Chief Executive Officer

Industry: Consumer Electronics (Specializing in Mobile Device Repairs and Sale of Refurbished Devices)

Location: Cape Town CBD & Southern Suburbs

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 08:00-16:30

Set-up: Hybrid - Office, Home & Other locations with CEO

Salary: Market-related and commensurate with experience

Requirements:

Qualifications & Experience
• Minimum 5 years experience in an operations coordination/project management or similar role
• Valid driver’s license and own vehicle
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel
• Familiarity with CRM platforms (Mailchimp, Drip, Klaviyo) and other relevant systems (Canva, Meta, Shopify)
