Job Description: Mid-to-Senior Full-Stack Developer

Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic mid-to-senior full-stack developer with extensive experience and team lead capabilities to head an in-house development team at a fast-growing company.

Qualifications:

- 10+ years of full-stack development experience

- 5+ years of B2C experience (e-commerce, travel, service, etc.)

- 3+ years in a team lead, project manager, or product manager role

Responsibilities:

- Lead a team of 4-5 developers

- Make key technology decisions

- Manage code repositories for websites, back-office applications, and third-party integrations

- Align development projects with company growth objectives

- Handle incoming technical requests and plan projects

- Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment

- Conduct code reviews, QA, and ensure thorough documentation
