Job Description

The Product Developer will be required to assist with all development related tasks for own brand and private labels projects. The role would require recipe development of new products and improvements of existing products. You will be working cross functionally with the procurement, production, technical, finance and marketing departments to deliver the finished goods. The role also requires working alongside procurement to source and get competitive pricing on packaging and raw materials. The position requires a creative, energetic and enthusiastic foodie with a passion for cooking, baking and eating!

Duties and responsibilities

· Developing new and innovative products in line with product briefs.

· Ensure kitchen trials are conducted and recorded correctly.

· Upgrade existing recipes and troubleshooting product issues based on customer complaints, production inconsistencies and raw material / supplier problems.
