Tasks – Activities – Responsibilities
• General Responsibilities:
• Responsible for reviewing, evaluating and approval quality inspection
• reports to determine conformity with specified reference requirements
• (standards, specifications, regulation, etc.).
• Assist QA/QC Engineer in the preparation, updating and issue reports
• Leads in the conducts of quality survey on materials and service supplier
• Main Duties:
• At the commencement of the inspection / surveillance:
• Review of inspection assignment documentation (technical aspects,
• reference documentation, schedule, format of reports, logistics, coordination procedure, etc. need for the performance of the inspection /

• Review of Quality Plan and/or relevant procedures or records of the similar previous inspection / surveillance;
