• Take care of Korean customers, manage Korean shipments.
• Get information and persuade customers to use company service.
• Make quotation and bidding documents.
• Control documents and input in company system.
• Collaborate with related department to arrange shipments smoothly.
• Take part in contract negotiation, solve trouble, follow up shipments and payment collecting.
• Report to director and head office in Korea.
