Purpose

We are looking for a qualified and competent Vessel Planner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the planning of vessel discharge and load operations in consideration of vessel stability, safety, and an efficient yard and vessel operation. This position is also responsible for controlling and planning the complete vessel process to achieve maximum productivity and efficiency with due consideration to vessel and inter-modal operations.

Responsibilities:

• Provide information regarding to vessel load and discharge processed to vessel and shipping agents.

• Maintain ownership of the vessels under your control and assist if planning disturbances occur during vessel call.

• Ensure efficient and highly productive planning while considering vessel stability and safety during loading and discharge operations.

• Keep the Quay-operation and Vessel administration systems updated.
