Duties and Responsibilities:
• Handling all aspect of corporate secretarial services for public listed company and its subsidiaries which included but not limited to ensure proper maintenance of statutory records, due submission of statutory returns and compliance of statutory requirements under the Companies Act, 2016, Preparation of circular resolutions, minutes of Board, Committee and General meetings, Preparation of statutory forms, returns and notifications in accordance with the requirements of the Companies Act, 2016, Main Market Listing Requirements, Securities Commission Act, Stamp Act 1949 and other relevant authorities
• Keep abreast with the latest development and amendments of the Companies Act, 2016, the Main Board Listing Requirements, Securities Commission Act, Corporate Governance and other relevant rules and regulations and to advise the Board, Committees and the management on compliance of the same
