Job Description
• Sales:
• Branch Customer Service Sales (BCSS) caters to customer walk-ins at branches .
• Designing and implementing effective marketing strategies to adjust existing ones
• Contacting potential clients and creating rapport by networking, cold calling, using referrals etc
• Appraising the wishes and demands of business or individual customers and selling the suitable protection plans
• Branch Customer Service Sales (BCSS) caters to customer walk-ins at branches.
• Create new business opportunities by building trust and contacts with clients
• Work on assigned leads and generate referrals from every visit that's made to custome r .
