Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Cannanore at Baby Memorial Hospital Kannur. As a Referral Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for developing and executing referral marketing programs to drive patient referrals and grow the hospital's customer base. You will collaborate with the marketing team to identify potential referral sources, build relationships with them, and implement strategies to encourage referrals. Additionally, you will track and analyze the effectiveness of referral programs and make recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA)
• Experience in marketing or business development, preferably in the healthcare industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with referral sources
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
