Bachelors in Human resource, business administration or related field required masters degree or HR certifications is a plus.

Proven experience in HR management, minimum if 2-3 years of experience

strong leadership and people management skills, with ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve goals and objectives.

Experience in developing and implementing key responsibilities areas (KRAS), key performance indicator (KPI) and employees rule book and the ability to effectively implement them within the organization.

Expertise in HR systems and processes, including performance management , recruitment, payroll administration and compliance (Knowledge of Spine software is plus)

Knowledge of labor laws, regulations and best practices with the ability to interpret and apply them effectively.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stake holders at all the levels of the organization.
