CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE SPECIALIST – M/F

As part of the International Development team, you will be responsible for monitoring the automation park and managing the support services. You will play a key role in the implementation of our solutions, from the installation and production of our systems to the resolution of incidents, including the initial and ongoing training of users.

Your main tasks are to:
• Organise the installation of automation systems, their qualification, as well as their configuration (hardware and software) and first intervention operations.
• Train users in use and maintenance operations.
• Providing the first and second levels of after-sales service by responding to customer requests (hotline, remote maintenance), carrying out product diagnostics and technical interventions.
