• Should have experience of sterile plant and good knowledge about cGMP/ cGEP/GAMP.
• Responsible for the planning and compliance of maintenance of plant equipment i.e. Fermenter, centrifuge, Process Vessels, Autoclave ,DHS, RO-EDI system, incubators, freezers, PLC, HMI, SCADA etc.
• Responsible for execution and timely completion of Project works.
• Co-ordinate with vendors and cross functional department for preventive maintenance, Equipment validations & service related activities.
• To ensure timely completion of the Breakdown work orders and to maintain the minimum spares for plant equipment’s of electrical / instrumentation related.
• To Ensure proper control of Pharmaceutical Quality System elements i.e. CAPA, Change Controls, Deviations (planned & unplanned) and Incident as per compliance.
• To ensure training of SOPs & other needful of team members to enhance their performance
• To check the daily activity in log book & take appropriate action accordingly.
