Role overview

You will be closely involved in defining the growth strategy as well as contributing to delivering the growth of our market. This role is critical for supporting team and region in developing management reports, data analysis, tax and strategic insights to the Regional top management and Finance executives. You will play key role in the diverse regional management team.

What you’ll be doing

Your key responsibilities will be:

· Team Leadership and Development: provide effective leadership to the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement through coaching, mentoring, and professional development initiatives.
