Vacancy - CLIENT COORDINATOR

Stockpile is looking for a young & energetic candidate to join our team as a Client Coordinator.

Responsibilities
• Handle inbound customer calls & messages.
• Follow up on existing customers.
• Work to resolve any problems the customer has.
• Maintain records of key call details.
• Prepare monthly sales reports.
• Update daily call & message statistics.

Qualifications
• Minimum of 1yr experience handling customer calls.
• Speak basic Tamil & English, fluent Sinhala.
• Basic written communication skills in English.
• Computer literacy working with MS Excel, MS Word and Email.
• Ability to learn internal computer software for customer management & reporting.
• Experience in the construction field is an added benefit
• Must be able to commute daily to office in Rajagiriya.
