Duties and responsibilities including planning of production and maintenance activities.
- To make sure all chemicals needed for production is available.
- Liaise with various department to establish production schedules, labor loading, and capacity requirements.
- Plans, schedules, coordinates and/or monitors final approval of products through the complete production cycle.
- Plans, schedules, coordinates maintenance activities through the start up or shut down.
- Works with other department to establish production schedules, labor loading, and capacity requirements.
- Oversees the master schedules and ensures comprehensive compliance with materials requirements for manufacturing and prepare back up plan in case of delays.
- Liaise with Sales Division to determine customer production order and calculate the required raw material on consistent basis.
