Job Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition
• Play a business partnership role in driving end-to-end recruitment process for non-managerial level of the assigned portfolio including sourcing, screening, interviewing, preparing offer proposal and conducting reference check.
• Liaise with external recruiters on recruitment strategies.
• Work closely with department managers to identify the suitability of candidates.
• Coordinate recruitment activities such as monthly orientation, training sessions and workshops.

Employee Engagement
• Provide guidance and support to new team members to well adapt to company culture.
• Provide professional advice on team members enquiries such as company policies, culture and value.
• Be the social committee member in the local office and work with a cross functional team to plan and organize company-wide activities such as annual dinner, wellness activities, team building to enhance employee relations and engagement.
