Qualifications
• A Bachelor's degree or higher in Medical Laboratory Science, Biological Sciences, or a related field
• Proven experience in laboratory management, including staff supervision and quality control
• Strong knowledge of laboratory procedures, equipment, and safety protocols
• NABL Standard knowledge.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
