Role Overview:

As a Branch Operations Executive, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our branch operations. Your responsibilities will include adhering to cash handling procedures, managing cheque collections, overseeing petty cash, supporting distribution channels, and providing exceptional service to our customers. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to contribute to new business generation and customer retention efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
• Adhere to cash counter timings and procedures outlined in standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Manage cash and cheque collections, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain petty cash funds in accordance with approved guidelines and reconcile transactions.
• Support distribution channels in policy issuance and provide assistance with customer queries and requests.
