Job Title: Sales and Marketing Executive

Job Location: Calangute - Goa

Company: Redthread Hotels www.resthreadhotels.com

CTC: 20,000 - 25,000 Per Month

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Achieve Monthly revenue target for the hotels, through local tour operator, corporates etc.
• Visit Travel agents from Goa and tie up with them
• Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and understand market trends.
• Analyze competitors' strategies and identify areas for improvement in the hotel's offerings.
• Identify and target potential clients, including corporate accounts, travel agencies, tour operators, event planners, and individual travelers
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote the hotel and generate leads.
• Maintain a report for the daily visits done and the monthly revenue generated

Qualification
• Experience of working with local travel agents
• Sales and marketing experience in hotel industry
