1. Receive the sequence sheet in advance for the scheduled bay as per the crane program, Incase of a dynamic change in the stowage plan, receive updated sequence sheet from vessel planner via the runner2. Record in the Mobile Data Terminal (MDT), the identification data of each container being discharged from the vessel and the identification number of the switcher on which it is placed3. Manually update in the sequence sheet, the order in which the containers are loaded and discharged from the vessel , if containers are not discharged in the same sequence as mentioned in the bay plan, ensure that the details of the container being discharged match with the available information for that container in the sequence sheet4.
