A leading Paint manufacturing and distribution company based in UAE (Ras Al Khaimah_ is looking for an Assistant Production Manager for paints to oversee the production of paint within a manufacturing facility, willing to join on immediate basis.Role & responsibilities1. Planning and organizing production schedules.2. Managing and coordinating production staff.3. Ensuring that production meets quality standards and targets.4. Monitoring and improving production processes.5. Managing inventory and supplies.6. Implementing health and safety procedures.7. Collaborating with other departments, such as quality control, sales & logistics.8. Troubleshooting issues that arise during production.9. Implementing cost-saving measures.10. Ensuring compliance with regulations and environmental standards.11. Familiar with paint production of decorative, emulsions, enamels, epoxies and PU paints.12.
