The Public Centre for Social Action of Woluwe-Saint-Lambert is recruiting a Time Use Manager (m/f/x) as part of a full-time replacement contract, at scale C of the civil service within its Human Resources Department.

The schedule manager is responsible, in collaboration with the department manager and the time clock manager, for carrying out tasks related to the management of the maintenance and updating of the Unitime time clock software.

To do this, the Timetable Manager will be required to carry out the following tasks:
• Set up and update/adapt schedules, hourly cycles, public holidays, the organisation chart, etc. ;
• Calculate, encode and update the various leave credits;
• Check for scores and anomalies:
• Inform the agent and/or manager in the event of non-compliance with procedures or failure to clock in;
• Checking the documents justifying absences (illness, special leave, etc.) and their encoding ;
