Buffalo Trail Public Schools requires a qualified individual to join the Inclusive Learning Services team in the role of Social Emotional Coach (SEC). This position reports to the Director of Inclusive Learning Services.

Position Summary

The Social Emotional Coach (SEC) program provides short-term skill and strategy development to enhance student well-being. Social Emotional coaches help to grow students’, families’, and teachers’ capacity in social-emotional skills.

Social Emotional Coaches provide comprehensive support for students, families, and school staff, addressing diverse social, emotional, and behavioral needs.
