Responsibilities
• Accountable for overall project progress, performance, and customer satisfaction
• Develop, communicate, and document project strategies and plans including budget, detailed schedule creation/maintenance, KPIs. Provides input to establishing program objectives, timelines, milestones and budgets
• Ensure projects remain aligned with the project plan by addressing any resource conflicts and addressing problems as they emerge. Facilitate project team meetings; prepare agenda, facilitate discussion during meeting, take and distribute meeting minutes
• Identify improvements to existing project management processes, systems and tools. Collaborate with other department employees to facilitate process improvements.
• Develop the Project Management skills of others, especially team members.
• Establish plans and implements policies and strategies. Decisions impact program schedules, or allocation of time, material resources, expenditures and funds.
