Role Summary

The Transformation Orchestrator is responsible for leading digital transformations of our clients to a future ready operating model and value framework within technology implementations based on value streams. The role requires a strong background in operating model design, value framework establishment and matrix organization. The Transformation Orchestrator will work closely with senior management, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure the alignment of business objectives, scope, quality, and timelines. The role requires strong communication skills, strategic and operational thinking, and hands-on leadership.

Key Responsibilities
• Define and execute Value Stream approach, Operating Models, and Value Frameworks within technology project.
