AlcobendasFrom Suannutra we are looking for a Customer Service Administrative for our team in Madrid.
Responsibilities:
• Supporting the Sales team in the achievement of their objectives and the assigned budget by contributing to provide an excellent customer service.
• Requesting to the specific departments the documents needed, preparing, sending, and monitoring technical documentation to the customers.
• Tracking and follow up the offers & opportunities in the system.
• Placing commercial orders in the system when needed.
• Orders follow-up in connection with other departments: Purchasing, Quality, Operations, Logistics.
• Samples Management and Follow up.
• Complaints management in connection with Quality Department.
• To support the Area Managers when they are travelling, visiting customers or participating in exhibitions.
• To support and help the Sales team in the Prospection of new potential customers.
