This is a full-time on-site role as a Supermarket Manager at our location in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. As a Supermarket Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the supermarket, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maximizing sales and profitability. You will also be involved in inventory management, budgeting, and implementing strategies to enhance the overall shopping experience.
