Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Indore for a Retail Store Manager. The Store Manager will be responsible for day-to-day store management, customer satisfaction, customer service, retail loss prevention, and effective communication with administrative personnel and customers.

Qualifications
• Excellent customer satisfaction and customer service skills
• Effective communication skills for collaborating with administrative personnel and customers
• Experience in Store Management with the ability to manage staff, inventory, and store data
• Demonstrated experience in Retail Loss Prevention to ensure safety and security of the store
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field preferred
• Experience managing a team and achieving sales targets is a plus
• Proficiency in inventory management and using point-of-sale (POS) systems
