Responsibilities:
• Responsible for Component level / Board level repair of Ultrasound / Color Doppler machine at customer premises / Service Centre during warranty and post warranty period.
• Responsible for live demo of our products / customer training.
• Should be able to handle customer queries during demo.
• Responsible for selling AMC to customers, providing service against AMC and collection of Repair / AMC dues from customer.
• Service and repair of medical equipment.
• Training end users.
• Ensuring & maintaining safe operations.
• Work on new technologies / equipment by conducting tests while ensuring adherence to codes and making modifications.
