Job Title - Program Coordinator

Experience - 1 to 3 years

Work Location - Noida (Hybrid)

Responsibilities:

• Support operations associates in managing work throughout

• Assist in managing internal documents

• Work closely with other team members to ensure the successful execution of meetings via Zoom / Teams etc

• Support in HR day-to-day requirements of Hiring /Interview Scheduling /Client Interaction/Onboarding if required

• Assist the Operations Lead by coordinating with clients and trainers for ongoing training to ensure smooth training delivery

• Good Understanding of platforms like Zoom for training

• Overall Coordination with clients and vendors/trainers for project execution

• Coordinate with the team by managing schedules and communicating relevant information via G-Suite

• Attend client calls along with the trainer to contribute from an operations standpoint

• Should have good experience with Job Portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, etc
