Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Student Counsellor at InfoTute Study Abroad located in Kandy. As a Student Counsellor, you will be responsible for providing counseling services to students, including career counselling and educational guidance. You will assist students in making informed decisions about their education offer letter process, visa process, etc., provide support and guidance throughout the application process, and ensure their overall well-being and satisfaction.

Qualifications
• Student Counselling and Career Counselling skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Experience in Study Abroad would be an advantage.
• Educational background in a relevant field
• Experience in providing counseling services to students for at least 1 year.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with students
• Knowledge of educational systems and study-abroad opportunities
