POSITION: General Manager/CFO (Abuja)
INDUSTRY: Real Estate and Construction

ROLE DESCRIPTION
To oversee the financial operations, develop, implement strategies, manage budgets, analyze financial data, conduct risk assessments, and provide financial advice and drive business growth.

????Strong financial analysis and forecasting skills
????Good knowledge of the Real Estate and Construction industry
????Experience in budgeting, financial reporting, regulations and compliance
????Excellent leadership and management
????Ability to make strategic decisions and drive business growth
????Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
????Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
????Professional certification (e.g. ICAN, CPA, CFA) is required
????Experience in management consulting is a plus
