Mission

We are seeking a rockstar Telesales representative to join our team! Our ideal candidate should have a strong background in telesales, excellent customer relationship management, an understanding of the Pay as You Go model, Solar or Renewable energy Industry experience and most importantly ability to communicate to customers in local languages, particularly Yoruba other languages will be an added advantage. The focus of the role is to call and upsell existing customers, tailor the products available for purchase, and attract customers to buy the product or service.

Responsibilities
• Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about the products available using scripts.
• Respond to any inquiry about the product specifications and payment methods.
• Ask questions to understand customer requirements, tailor the service to their needs, and close sales.
