On-Board Courier's (OBC’s) are individuals who transports goods on-board a commercial flight in a time critical situation. We always take ‘the extra mile’ in what we do best: delivering high priority shipments in the fastest and safest way!

Tasks And Responsibilities
• First point of contact between our international customers (freight forwarders), On Board Couriers (OBC) and suppliers via email and phone
• Quote of OBC requests within 15-30 minutes by finding the best possible flight routes to get the shipment on time at the delivery address
• Book scheduled flights and hotels for our couriers
• Arrange pick up and final delivery of the goods
• Supervise the on-board courier before, during and after the job
• Ensure all necessary (travel- and customs) documents are provided
