Job Purpose
• To support the day-to-day administration and tier one support of our new D365 ERP and proprietary procurement platform.

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS

The Primary Indicator Will Be
• Administration performed so that both systems remain functional.
• System end users supported to ensure they can operate in alignment with standard operation processes.

Secondary Indicators Will Include
• Accuracy of information.
• Clear, concise communications internally & externally with 3rd party support.

Job Duties
• Provide first tier end user support for both platforms.
• Ensure both systems remain functional.
• Ensure existing and new system codes, outputs and approval workflows are maintained.
• Support with the development of interactive training modules for both platforms, working closely with our internal transformation team.
