Basic Function

Assist in the preparation of the Project Budget for submission and approval of the President and or/ Chairman.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Prepares shop drawing for presentation approval by the owner before the actual implementation.
• Identify and recommend manpower, equipment, tools required of the project.
• Responsible for carrying out the activities/strategies as planned.
• Responsible for the supervision and coordination in the implementation of projects based on design.
• Ensure that the project technical specifications are implemented as per design.
• Monitors the attendance of the jobsite employees/workers.
• Responsible in conducting periodic report and prepares Project Manager and /or GM Construction.
