KampalaJOB TITLE. INSURANCE SALESPERSON
Role Description
The insurance Salesperson will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, generating leads, and building and maintaining strong customer relationships. The Salesperson will also prepare and deliver sales pitches and presentations, negotiate and close deals, and meet sales targets.
Qualifications
• Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of sales techniques and principles
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
• Experience in the education or training sector is a plus
