As the Service Coordinator you will come on board and ensure Authority Dock & Door continues to provide excellent customer service to our customers, consisting of National Accounts, General Contractors, and independent businesses. This will include creating work orders, quoting parts/labor for installations and service, and communicating with our field technicians. The perfect candidate will bring experience in construction or construction-related trade industries, but all successful candidates will bring motivation to learn, office admin skills, and excellent communication (written and verbal) to assist with seeing the job through to the end.
