Field Service Technician Qualification
• Matric
• Relevant Technical Qualification would be an advantage

Requirements
• Minimum 3 years working experience and technical knowledge and understanding of compressed air equipment / environment
• Specific knowledge of controller programming and / or software controller experience, computer literate
• Refrigeration dryer repair experience / knowledge
• Diesel engine mechanic experience / knowledge would be an advantage

Duties
• Carrying out correct and accurate fault diagnosis on air compressors
• Carrying out servicing and repairs to various compressors and vacuum pumps in the workshop and in the field
• Ensure customer service excellence to both internal and external customers
• Interpreting and understanding schematics, operating and maintenance manuals, etc.
• Ensure adherence and compliance to the company's SHE objectives
• Be willing to work overtime, standby and be available for call outs as and when required
