A multi-faceted mining house seeks to hire a Bookkeeper to take responsibility for a wide range of finance and stock-related tasks.

Qualifications

Main responsibility will be to manage and coordinate efficient logistics both inbound and outbound while being responsible for accurate recordings and controls of the stock received Qualifications:
• Diploma in Bookkeeping

Skills:
• Advanced Excel
• Sage Evolution

Job description:
• Planning and scheduling all inbound stock
• Preparation of all relevant shipping documents and arrangements for outbound materials
• accurate recording of receipts on the system
• allocation and preparation of material into production batches and posting thereof
• Processing supplier invoices
• Daily stock reconciliations
• Monthly and annual production stock counts
• Prepare documentation for monthly stock take with production
