Our Client who is a leading Vehicle finance and dealer floorplan company is seeking an internal sales consultant to manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls timeously within a reasonable turnaround time and identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research all issues or concerns, and provide solutions and/or alternatives where possible.

The ideal candidate will be able to build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going beyond normal service standards, follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics, provide clients with sales support services in an accurate and timely manner and keep record of sales administration.
