Position Summary
• The Assistant Manager will work in conjunction with the Retail Manager to maintain the effective operation of the location. They will also motivate the team to achieve sales and productivity goals.

Key Roles & Responsibilities
• Display excellent customer service skills to the team.
• Quickly and effectively resolve customer issues.
• Ensure highest levels of customer service are provided by staff, which will result in increased productivity.
• Perform opening and closing procedures, i.e opening cash counts, closing deposits, shift management, etc.in accordance with company policies.
• Coach, train, motivate and lead by example in sales, application technique and image.
• Communicate effectively with the Retail Manager, staff, the store and partners.
• Serve as a resource for general product knowledge to all customers and staff members.
