Hire Resolve’s client is looking for a Section Engineer to fill a position in Phalaborwa, Limpopo.

Responsibilities
• Driving Maintenance KPIs of permanent employees, contractors and subcontractors to ensure vehicle / equipment availability, reliability and optimization
• Manage overall team management performance
• Financial / Budget Control in terms of Mining Maintenance activities
• Managing of change process regarding any deviations to Maintenance activities and work scope
• Manage the establishment of Engineering standards, specifications, and service levels according to organizational objectives to ensure maximum operational availability
• Implement CI initiatives by keeping abreast of developments and introducing change in work processes where appropriate (Cost reductions and cost avoidances)
• Ensure and Maintain Legal Compliance, Audits, and Governance

Requirements
• B Eng/BSc/BTech/National Diploma discipline, National Certificate
