• Fluent in Afrikaans and English
• Own reliable transportation

• Assisting patients with paperwork and opening a file
• Booking appointments
• Scheduling Optometrist diary
• Invoicing and Receipting
• Quotes and Payments
• Frame Dispensing
• Arranging Collection of Spectacles
• Data Capturing on our internal system
• Job Tracking
• Frame and Lens ordering
• Cash Ups
• Credit Requests
• Cleanliness of practice
