· Identify and qualify new business opportunities within the assigned territory/market segment (B2B Corporate tie up)
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within healthcare organizations
· Conduct in-depth needs assessments to understand client challenges and pain points
· Present solutions and proposals that address client needs and demonstrate the value proposition
· Negotiate and close deals to achieve or exceed sales targets
· Manage and ensure business growth
· Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans for the assigned territory
Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field (preferred)
· Minimum of 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the healthcare industry
