Requirements:

- - Several years of experience in agile project and product management
- Extensive knowledge of agile development methods and techniques, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean, in a scaled environment
- Ability to adapt methodology to project or team needs and find a balance between self-responsibility and guidance
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and digital coordination tools
- Excellent presentation and moderation skills
- Strong portfolio of formats and methods to activate and motivate teams
- Fluent in both German and English, written and spoken
