We are currently looking for a Maintance Lead / Master Electrician (m/f/d) to join our Integrated Facilities Management team.

Your tasks:
• Supervise and direct maintenance staff on their shift or assigned to her/him and monitor performance of their assigned responsibilities
• Provide training and supervision aimed at expanding the capabilities of the staff assigned to her/him
• Supervise and implement the preventative maintenance program
• Direct the performance of contracted maintenance work as needed
• Comply with departmental policy for the safe storage, usage, and disposal of hazardous materials
• Plan and manage their budget, allowing for appropriate control over, and utilization of institutional resources. Recommend and estimate facilities repairs and improvements for inclusion in the annual budget
