Experience- 8-10 Years.

Qualification- MBA-HR

Roles-
• Competency Building at all levels, comprising Executives & Staff and Skill Enhancement at Monthly Rated Workmen.
• Ensure Learning Culture in the organization, Individual TNI linked with goal, training calendar, event calendar, training execution & effectiveness.
• Building Leadership Pipeline from within at First Line, Second Line & Third Line. Identifying HiPO (High Potential Employees), building IDPs etc.
• Goal Setting & KPI System Implementation.
• Administering the Performance Management System for Executives & Staff, 360 Degree Feedback & Analysis and Annual Appraisals of Monthly Rated Workmen.
• Talent Acquisition of Executive & Staff as per TAT (Textiles & Chemicals).
• Identifying the organizational development needs, Planning & Implementation of OD Interventions.
